PETALING JAYA – Citadel Group expands their Headquarter Offices, with the establishment of Citadel Trustee and NIU Group of Companies.
Citadel Group of Companies was established on 22 March 2019 with only a few founding members and a total of two (2) employees and a virtual office.
Citadel Capital Sdn Bhd was established in 2019 with the sole mission of bringing innovative capital ideas together with their partners, clients and communities currently and into the future.
Citadel Trustee Berhad, was subsequently established on 16 March 2020, and operated as an independent private trust company dedicated to the administration of trusts and other wealth arrangements for individuals, family offices, businesses, and foundations or cooperatives.
In less than four (4) years, Citadel Group of Companies has expanded their business by establishing four (4) more companies under the brand name NIU, which are as follows:
- Niu Trading Sdn Bhd – Provides services in the field of discounting invoices from Government-Linked companies, Public Listed companies and high net-worth companies.
- Niu Assets Sdn Bhd – Provides asset management services for all landed properties except Malay Reserve Land, leasehold properties, agricultural land and alienated land.
- Niu Ventures Sdn Bhd – Specializes in joint ventures and short-term financing/mezzanine financing with contracts from Government / GLC / PLC and MCMC.
- Niu Micro Services Sdn Bhd – Registered and licensed money lender providing short-term micro-financing to salary-employed individuals.
In order to accommodate these growing businesses, new office spaces were opened, which are housed under two different blocks at the Jaya One office building. The brand-new office space was officially opened on 31 March 2022 which houses Citadel Group Sdn Bhd and Citadel Trustee Berhad with around 10 employees.
The previous Citadel Group of companies’ office space was also renovated to accommodate the changes in the organization and serve their clients better.
Both companies’ headquarters were officially opened to business in March 2022, and with several more expansions on the near horizon, Citadel Group of Companies is one organization that the market should keep their eyes on.
