Since 1987, he has spent the better part of his career on the front lines of business development and fund management. After more than 30 years, he has been instrumental in the development and implementation of cutting edge campaigns and fund structures that contributed to significant increased earnings with a focus on Private Equity, Private Placements and Real Estate. He has worked for investment banks and development companies raising over USD 1 Billion in and around the Asian Region. As a result of his success, he has invested and built businesses starting in 2018 mainly in e-grocery, trust services and alternative leasing and financing. He has also been invited to speak in several symposiums and seminars on the investment landscape since 2005.
Frederick holds a B.Sc (Hons) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia which made him very meticulous and thorough when it comes to work. After dipping his toes into the corporate banking sector, he has been involved in the alternative investment industry since 2012. He is passionate in investment, business management and entrepreneurship which has led him to successful business ventures and creation of multiple income streams, and has also successfully managed his clients portfolio and gain better yield in their investments. Frederick has experience in promoting and marketing offerings such as land banking, structured financial products, real estate, private placements, and alternative investments. He is a man of strong integrity who will constantly put his customers first. Throughout the years, his clients have remained loyal to him as he is known to protect and recommend good and secured investments. He currently serves as one of the Directors in Citadel Group where his contributions lie in business development, marketing and administration.

Obtained his Diploma in Police Science from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in 1989. He started his career in the police force on 6 November 1975 as a probationary inspector.Tan Sri Mohd Bakri was appointed as Deputy Inspector General of the Royal Malaysia Police Force on 17 May 2013.
Served as Police Chief of Kudat, Sandakan, Police Chief and Deputy Police Chief of Kota Kinabalu, Seremban District Deputy Police Chief, Police Chief Lahad Datu District, Police Chief of Cheras and Dang Wangi District.

Dato’ Seri Mohamed Nazri Bin Abdul Aziz, Minister of Tourism & Culture Malaysia and YBhg. Dato’ Sri Dr. Ng Yen Yen, Chairman of Tourism Board. This event made history in Malaysia as this is the first time ever a non-Chinese was able to bring the World Chinese Writers Conference to Malaysia.
